Fairness, equality, rights - people's right to do what they want to do and how they want to do it. It's really important.
If I want that for myself, then I should expect to extend that to you. I don't want anybody here - I don't allow anybody here - to be treated in a manner that's less than how they should be treated. I want everyone to give the customer one hundred percent.
Don't charge them for one hundred percent and give them eighty. That's clearly not an okay thing to do.
So the value's of this organization is really not that different from my own.
