New Heights Educational Group was honored to learn that our wonderful non-profit organization is a two time winner in the 2017 Stevie Awards.  NHEG took silver in “Organization of the Year – Non-Profit or Government – Small” and “Service of the Year – Education – PK-12 Personalized Learning Solution” categories in the 15th Annual American Business Awards on Monday.  The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.   Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 20.

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. New Heights Educational Group was nominated in the Organization of the Year – Non-Profit or Government – Small and Innovative and Excellent Personalized Learning Solution category for Government or Nonprofit Organization

Pamela Clark, Executive Director of the New Heights Educational Group, said, “This is such an honor. Every day our team of 81 volunteers work to promote our work in bettering education for all families, regardless of school choice, background or beliefs. We know how special the work we do is, and no one person could accomplish this on their own. It’s so important to have family and our volunteer team working with me. We have been recognized for five years in a row, and I know in my heart it’s because of this incredible calling that was endowed to me, team effort and perseverance.”

More than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.  “Each year the judges find the quality and variety of the nominations to be greater than the year before.
