NHEG Partners with Touch Type Read and Spell

 In NHEG News

The New Heights Educational Group (NHEG) is proud to announce our new partnership with Touch Type Read and Spell. An award-winning, multi-sensory course.

This revolutionary product helps students of all ages that need help learning to read and spell. The product also helps students who have dyslexia learn from the comfort of their own home.

TTRS is designed to benefit:

  • Students of all ages who experience spelling, reading or writing difficulties
  • Schools and colleges as part of the national curriculum
  • Adults requiring help with their literacy
  • Students learning English as a second language (ESL)
  • Some students with dyslexia have a problem with their short-term memory. Repetition is a way of “over-learning” that can help with this problem. TTRS uses a multi-sensory approach to repetition learning.

Through the multi-sensory approach, students hear the words through earphones, see the words printed on the screen, and see what fingers to press via the on-screen keyboard.  To learn more about this fantastic opportunity please visit http://www.readandspell.com/us/about.

Pamela Clark, Director of NHEG said, “We fully support this learning platform. We are strong advocates for multi-sensory learning and using phonics to teach.”

Any of our website visitors, students and staff can purchase the TTRS home user license or the school license at a 10% discount for their first payment.
